EX-C Spark Proof Chain Block

EX-C Spark Proof Chain Block is a manual lifting tool without sparks. The entire machine is equipped with explosion-proof copper alloy components. During operation, no sparks will be generated from impacts. It does not require an external power source. It lifts heavy objects by pulling the chain manually. It is suitable for equipment maintenance and heavy object lifting in dangerous and explosion-proof scenarios such as oil, chemical, gas, oil depot, and flammable and explosive workshops, avoiding the risk of spark explosion.

Features

The product complies with the EU’s explosion-proof standard
ATEX2014/34/EU and the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
The company has passed ISO9001,CE/GS,ATEX,CCS and other related certifications.
The product explosion-proof level can reach: Ex II 2GD c IC TA IIIC T135°C.
Suitable for: potential explosive atmospheres or dusty environments.
Area: Zone 182(gas), Zone 21&22(dust).
The whole product is equipped with anti spark coating, and the brake device is completely protected to prevent foreign matter from entering.
Overload limiter, special marine storage chain bag, stainless steel lifting chain are optional.
Note: It is the responsibility of the user to determine the type of explosion protection area.
