CD1&MD1 Electric Wire Rope Hoist

The CD1&MD1 Electric Wire Rope Hoist can be used in conjunction with cranes / single-girder cranes to operate along I-beam steel tracks. It features a steel wire rope drum structure, with a large lifting height and a wide range of lifting tonnage. It is mainly used for fixed lifting operations in heavy industry plants and is suitable for mechanical processing workshops, steel structure factories, warehouse cargo yards, auxiliary lifting in mines, and equipment maintenance in power plants, etc.
This product has the characteristics of high load-bearing capacity, long lifting stroke, stable operation, strong durability, and the ability to operate continuously for a long time. It can help customers solve the problems of long-distance lifting of heavy workpieces and large-scale material transportation in workshops, and meet the industrial requirements of frequent and heavy-load lifting.
Compared with chain electric hoists, wire rope hoists are suitable for larger tonnage and higher lifting heights; they are suitable for use with single-girder bridge cranes and are the mainstream configuration for traditional factory cranes.

Features

  • Reducer
    Third-class dead axel helical gear transmission structure is adopted, gear and gear axel are made of heat treated alloy Steel>case and case cover with precise assembly and good seal are made of quality cast iron. The reducer is independent, so it’s easy to load and unload it
  • Control Box
    It has device with up and down stroke protection of break off limiter and can cut off mam circuit m an emergency, which ensures safe operation of electric block. Electric elements are of long service life and operational safety
  • Steel Wire Rope
    It uses GB l102-74 (6×37+1) hoist steel wire rope which is durable in using
  • Conical Motor
    The hoist motor uses conical rotors of relatively stronger starting torque to brake asynchronous motor and does not need extra arrester. The motor’s load durationn factor is 25%; the motor uses B grade and F grade insulation and us grade of protection is lP44/IP54.
  • Button Switch
    It’s hand-operated, easy to handle and has two modes of cord operation and cordless remote control
