ER Single Speed Electric Hoist (Low Clearance Type)
ER Single Speed Electric Hoist (Low Clearance Type), combined with an electric walking vehicle, features a unique low clearance structure, resulting in a smaller machine height. It can be installed within the limited height of the factory building. It can both lift heavy objects vertically and move horizontally along the I-beam track, suitable for scenarios such as machining workshops with insufficient floor height, mold workshops, old factory building renovations, assembly stations, storage, and equipment maintenance.
This product has the characteristics of low clearance design, dual-speed lifting, smooth operation, safe braking, high-strength chain, and high space utilization rate. It can help customers solve the problems of limited space on the factory roof, insufficient effective lifting height after installing ordinary chain hoists, and difficulties in lifting and transferring workpieces and moving workstations.
Compared with conventional running chain hoists, it occupies less upper space and achieves a larger effective lifting stroke in low-rise factory buildings; fixed chain hoists can only be used for fixed lifting, while this model can move with load, suitable for situations where material relocation is required but the factory height is limited.
