ER Single Speed Electric Hoist (Double Hook Type)
ER Single Speed Electric Hoist (Double Hook Type) is equipped with an electric traveling trolley. The two hooks can rise and descend synchronously. It adopts a low clearance structure and can carry loads while moving along the I-beam track. It can handle both vertical lifting of heavy objects and horizontal transfer, and is suitable for long-shaped workpieces, balanced lifting operations. It is applicable in scenarios such as profile processing plants, steel structure workshops, pipe processing, equipment assembly, and old factory renovations.
This product features a low clearance body, synchronous lifting of two hooks, balanced force distribution, dual-speed lifting, smooth operation, and safe braking. It can help customers solve the problem of long rods and long strip plates being prone to tilting and imbalance when lifted at a single point, ensuring the horizontal stability of the lifted components and preventing overturning and collision.
Compared to ordinary single-hook hoists, the double hooks can evenly distribute the force at two points, making them suitable for long material lifting; the ordinary conventional hoist has a large body height, while this low clearance design can achieve a greater effective lifting height in factories with limited floor height.
